• Appointment request: preferred service, date, time, coordination note (must not contain health information)

• Marketing (with consent): preferences and campaign interactions

Health data (special category)

Our website does not collect or process special-category health data. The notes field is for appointment coordination only and is not a medical record.

Health data is processed only during in-person consultations under separate legal rules and informed consent; that process is outside these web forms.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed for:

• Providing appointment and medical aesthetic services (contract)
• Legal obligations
• Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest)

Transfers

Data may be shared with hosting and email providers domestically and, where required, abroad under appropriate safeguards. Analytics/ad cookies transfer to Google/Meta only with your consent.
